AN ACT
Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, further
providing for regulatory authority of board; and, in
administration, further providing for regulatory authority of
board.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Sections 1207 and 3302(a) of Title 4 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
paragraphs to read:
§ 1207. Regulatory authority of board.
The board shall have the power and its duties shall be to:

(31) Adopt and promulgate regulations to establish
mechanisms by which a player may place a limit on the amount
of money being wagered on a slot machine or during any
specified time period or the amount of money lost during any
specified time period.
§ 3302. Regulatory authority of board.
(a) General rule.--The board shall have the power and duty:

(18) To promulgate rules and regulations to establish
mechanisms by which a player may place a limit on the amount
of money being wagered on a video gaming terminal or during
any specified time period or the amount of money lost during
any specified time period.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
